Role and Responsibilities
As a FOH team member, you are the liaison between providing an exceptional customer experience and serving delicious food.
Greet and direct our guests and help them place their order.
Make our delicious healthyish toasted sandwiches to order.
Work together with kitchen team to prepare foods while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
Assist with preparing catering orders.
Learn and maintain menu knowledge to assist our guest in menu selection.
Operate commercial kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toasters, etc.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Maintain guest and kitchen areas by clearing tables, mop and sweeping floors, sanitizing countertops, etc.
